How It Works ?


The 5GAnalytix program is a Certification program in Big Data Analytics, Data Science. Students can complete the eight modules required for the 5GAnalytix at their own pace, in as little as six weeks to eight weeks. Students receive lectures through the Industry experienced lectures, and also are advised and assessed by faculty and teaching assistants on the rigorous set of assignments, projects, and exams required.

Machine Learning

The core Applied Machine Learning course focuses on tool-oriented and problem-directed lessons in machine learning.

Application areas include computer vision, natural language processing, interpreting accelerometer data, and understanding audio data.

Big Data

Companies collect and store large amounts of data during daily transactions. This data is both structured and unstructured. The volume of the data being collected has grown from MB to TB in the past few years and is continuing to grow at an exponential pace. The very large size, lack of structure and the pace at which it is growing characterize the “Big Data”. To analyze long-term trends and patterns in the data and provide actionable intelligence to managers, this data needs to be consolidated and processed in specialized processes; those techniques form the core of the module

Programming Languages

This module where we introduce data reading, pre-processing and then move to designing, evaluating and implementing predictive models using the most widely used tools R. This module will help you become hands-on in identifying and applying the right set of techniques, analyze and present the thought process.

Statistics and Linear Algebra

This module designed to build on students’ strengths while increasing overall mathematical understanding and skill. This module will focus on several topics of study designed to develop conceptual understanding and mathematical relevance: linear relationships; exponents and polynomials; rational expressions and equations; models of quadratic and polynomial functions and radical equations; exponential and logarithmic functions; and geometry and trigonometry.
